Customer Support Specialist

DeatschWerks, a leading manufacturer of performance fueling systems in the automotive aftermarket industry, is looking for an experienced and accountable Customer Support Specialist to join our team

A Customer Support Specialist is a dual role, supporting customers both inside and outside our organization. This position provides support by answering product questions, web and walk-in retail orders, general customer service, and order processing.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Handling all aspects of retail orders
  • Customer support via phone, email, and social media
  • Internal B2B customer support
  • Working within a customer service software, meeting response and resolve metrics
  • Back up for reception and sales specialist positions

Preferred experience and skills

  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service
  • Automotive performance knowledge
  • Strong people skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively over email and phone
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with customer service software
  • Experience with QuickBooks accounting software
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
