DeatschWerks, a leading manufacturer of performance fueling systems in the automotive aftermarket industry, is looking for up to 3 experienced, accountable, and driven Account Managers and Executives.  DW’s aggressive pace of growth and new products, along with being in an exciting industry that customers are passionate about, sets up the driven sales professional with a rare and special opportunity.

These inside sales positions are responsible for new business development, growing existing accounts, building relationships, and providing a world-class customer experience.  The sales channels are business to business and our distribution chain is throughout the United States and Internationally.

Roles

  • Prospects and qualifies new opportunities
  • On-boards new accounts
  • Rolls out new products to existing customers
  • Executes customer visits and product trainings
  • Builds relationships by initiating outbound communication
  • Plans and organizes activities in order to maximize results
  • Collaborates, coordinates, and strategizes with customers to grow their business.
  • Facilitates orders

Experience, Skills, and Education

  • 5+ years’ as an accounts manager or executive
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales
  • Excellent follow-up skills to ensure timely resolution in meeting customer needs
  • Strong time management skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong phone and in-person presence
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience with giving presentations and conducting trainings
  • Trade show experience with proven results
  • Experience with CRM utilization and accountability
  • Knowledge and interest in performance automotive is preferred
  • College education preferred, but not required

  • Candidate must be willing to relocate or already living in the Oklahoma City area. Not a remote position, but flexible hours and/or work from home opportunities negotiable
  • Travel requirements of 5-7 weeks a year
